Pulp Riot Ash High Speed Toner

The Pulp Riot Ash toner is a cooler toner with a silver shade that shades pale yellow tones, without any change on copper or orange hair colors. For best result we recommend lightening hair to a very light level 9 blonde or lighter.

Beautiful shades in up to 5 minutes. Excellent pigments result in rich color.

How to use:
Mix Pulp Riot High Speed Toner in a 1:2 ratio with hydrogen peroxide of your choice. You can use it on wet or dry hair. Effective time: 5-15 minutes. Leave on for 15 minutes to achieve a deeper color.
