Pulp Riot Moon Stone is a unique light silver toner with purple undertones that tones pale yellow tones without any change on copper or orange hair. Its unique, high-quality pigments ensure a long-lasting effect. For best result we recommend lightening hair to a very light level 9 blonde or lighter.

How to use:
Mix Pulp Riot High Speed Toner in a 1:2 ratio with hydrogen peroxide of your choice. You can use it on wet or dry hair. Effective time: 5-15 minutes. Leave on for 15 minutes to achieve a deeper color.
