Elgon Extra Blue Bleaching powder

Dust-free, blue-colored bleaching powder that counterbalances orange tones, avoiding the copper effect, thus achieving a natural blonde result. It can lighten 7 shades. Suitable for all lighting techniques.

Application:
Mix the bleaching powder in a ratio of 1:2 with 3%, 6%, 9% or 12% Elgon cream hydrogen. Apply to dry hair and leave on for up to 45 minutes. Check every 5 minutes. About 50g of product is recommended for medium-length hair.
