Pulp Riot Noir

Noir is a one-of-a-kind highly pigmented deep black hair dye. Highly pigmented to create long-lasting, glowing color you're sure to fall in love with. You can use this color on virgin medium or dark brown. For best result we recommend lightening hair to a medium level 6 or 7 blonde or lighter. Do not mix the dye with hydrogen peroxyde. Conditioner based proprietary blend allows for an easy blend and less product to fully saturate the hair. Helps to close the cuticle, smooth hair and add shine. Do not mix the dye with hydrogen peroxyde.
Vegan formula. Cruelty free. Contains quinoa. Free of gluten, ammonia, parabens, PPD and MEA. Low acidic pH of 4. 118 ml.
