Pulp Riot Mercury

Mercury is a one-of-a-kind true silver hair color. Works best on pale yellow hair tones and does not work well on brassy yellows or oranges. Highly pigmented to create long-lasting, glowing color you're sure to fall in love with. For best result we recommend lightening hair to a very light level 9 blonde or lighter. Do not mix the dye with hydrogen peroxyde. Conditioner based proprietary blend allows for an easy blend and less product to fully saturate the hair. Helps to close the cuticle, smooth hair and add shine. Do not mix the dye with hydrogen peroxyde.
