Pulp Riot Area 51

Area 51is a light but bright neon green hair dye. Neon shades glow in black/UV lighting. Highly pigmented to create long-lasting, glowing color you're sure to fall in love with. For best result we recommend lightening hair to a very light level 9 blonde or lighter. Conditioner based proprietary blend allows for an easy blend and less product to fully saturate the hair. Helps to close the cuticle, smooth hair and add shine. Do not mix the dye with hydrogen peroxyde.
Vegan formula. Contains quinoa. Free of gluten, ammonia, parabens, PPD and MEA. Low acidic pH of 4. 118 ml.
