Aquatic can add turquoise tones to virgin, unbleached hair, but looks brightest when hair is lightened to level 9 blonde or lighter. Highly pigmented to create long-lasting, glowing color. Conditioner based proprietary blend allows for an easy blend and less product to fully saturate the hair. Helps to close the cuticle, smooth hair and add shine. We recommend toning hair that has yellow tones before use to avoid undesired hues. Do not mix the dye with hydrogen peroxyde.
